I had a wonderful experience at a resort that was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. the room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent with a range of options. the swimming pool was great for swimming laps, while the sports and wellness facilities offered plenty to do, including a spa and sports games.
That it was inconvenient to swim when other guests were playing ball in the pool.

We had an amazing stay with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond. The range of sports and wellness facilities at this hotel ensures that one won't get bored. Additionally, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the breakfast and lunch/dinner were excellent.
Nothing could have been better.

Friendly Staff and Great Facilities
The staff were very accommodating and friendly during our stay. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The wellness facilities provided were impressive, with a range of sports facilities and spa options. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key locations and attractions. We also enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
That the swimming pool was not suitable for playing ball in. This caused inconvenience to swimmers and we suggest using a separate pool for pool games.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities that fulfilled my needs. the friendly and incredibly attentive staff, particularly Mr Naresh, Mr Amalendu, and Mr Ankit impressed me. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were outstanding. the big and clean rooms and swimming pool were also impressive.

The facilities were great - we had a lot of fun swimming in the pool and playing games. the hotel also had complimentary breakfast, which was really nice. the location was also perfect - close to all the major attractions.
Our experience at the spa was terrible. the staff was not friendly or accommodating.

Loved the helpful and cooperative staff, excellent meals, clean and spacious room, and refreshing swimming pool. The friendly staff, including Amit, Dhruv, and Rakesh, went above and beyond to assist. The resort offers a range of sports and wellness facilities to keep guests entertained.
Nothing to dislike.
